NEW THIS SEASON: I was just sent an email from our VP of Officials and the new online system to take the Officials and Scorekeeping tests are now up. Please email Jonathan our VP of Officials at officials@nagva.org and he will get you the tests. Due to this I will not be offering a ref or scorekeepers clinic during the tournament so please be proactive and take your tests prior to the tournament. Teams without a certified scorekeeper and/or official will have to pay $40 per match. The NAGVA web site is still acting up so please email your team rosters to registrar@nagva.org who will in turn create waivers for me. Also CC me on that email so I have your rosters too. Also don't forget to pay your NAGVA fee before you get to the tournament! It is an additional $10 to pay for your NAGVA fee at the tournament then to pay it online prior. We are also providing a sit down banquet on Sunday night, a Columbus tradition, so please plan to stay if you can to enjoy some great food and a chance at some fab raffle prizes. If you are not planning to attend please let Jason know prior to the tournament so he can adjust the food order. The hotel has also generously extended their reservation deadline so we can accommodate everyone who wants to stay at the host hotel (pending availability) so make your reservations ASAP! Don't forget if you stay at the host hotel you get free entry into the Hospitality Suite! The hotel is a combined $30 cheaper per night that last year's location and also includes an indoor and outdoor pool. It is only a short 5 miles from downtown and a very short drive to the playing facility. Please call or email Jason (tournament director) at 614-937-3852 or jasvball@earthlink.net with any questions.
